Asthma

Asthma is a chronic respiratory condition characterized by inflammation and narrowing of the airways, which leads to difficulty in breathing. It is often triggered by various factors, including allergens, pollution, exercise, and respiratory infections. Symptoms of asthma can include wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, particularly at night or in the early morning. The severity and frequency of symptoms can vary among individuals. Asthma can be managed with medications, such as inhalers that contain bronchodilators and corticosteroids, as well as lifestyle adjustments to avoid known triggers. While asthma cannot be cured, it can be effectively controlled with appropriate treatment.
